We recently noticed just how good and extra responsive our support team has been for tickets raised recently after receipt of a Christmas gift. Our support team would like me to remind you all that there are now three teirs of Solarflare Best Effort support (not to be confused with the stuff you have to spend time tediously signing paperwork with us.)
BestEffortBronze - Box of Chocolates / Wine etc : non sarcastic response. might actually fix your issue.
BestEffortGold - New Coffee Maker : (hint: we're badly in need of one in Cambridge.. ) - immediate reprioritization of any feature requests from your organization
BestEffortPlatinum - Cash in brown envelopes - actually the team doesn't mind what colour the envelopes come in - will show up and fix bugs in your own code.

P.S thanks to everyone who sent us something at Christmas - much appreciated. Although the b@$?@^&s all consumed everything before I landed.
